TEAM ALEXANDER:  Supporting Alexander Monto, of Manville, after he was born on December 20th, 2013, with Acyanotic Congenital Heart Defects including Ventrical Septal Defects (VSD), Atrial Septic Defects (ASD) and a right idiopathic clubfoot in utero. To read more about his journey, click here

 

TEAM JACKSON:  Supporting Jackson Silva, of  Garwood, diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1 in May, 2014, at the age of 3 months. To read more about his journey, click here

TEAM ONE TOUGH CHICK:  Supporting Melissa Reina, a Somerville mom, diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma in October, 2012, at the age of 33. To read more about her journey, click here.

 

TEAM XTREME: Supporting Xavier Ross, formerly of NJ, born in May, 2011, after being diagnosed 18 week earlier with HLHS - a severe congenital heart defect where the left side of the heart is undeveloped and unusable. To read Xavier's incredible story of survival and will, click here.

 

TEAM LAUREN: Supporting Lauren Couto, of Hillsborough, diagnosed with Chari Malformation and Syringomyelia with Syrinx in February, 2014, at the age of 10.  To read more about her journey, click here.

LAURIE'S LEGACY:  Supporting the efforts of Stephen Wurst, of Hillsborough, to honor his mom, Laurie Parlin, who was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 32 and fought a 17 month courageous battle.
